Group Fitness

Group fitness is the most affordable, enjoyable and effective form of exercise for most people.

We work with groups of up to 15 people and sessions go for one hour. These workouts are designed for all fitness levels and to maximize strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

Using techniques derived from military & strongman training, and the latest in sports science, here are some of the things you can expect to be doing in a group fitness session;

-Flipping tires
-Carrying sandbags
-Dragging sleds
-Jumping, squatting, running
-and a heap more.

So, come down and check us out. Anyone is invited to participate, or even just to watch until they’re ready to join in.
